This page contains all the documentation to enable you to have your animals processed at our facility. Please note, these forms need to be completed and returned prior to receipt of your animals at our facility. These should be read and completed in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.
Animal Statutory Declaration
An Animal Statutory Declaration (ASD) is required to be completed for animals being moved between properties or being transported for slaughter. This form to be completed and a hard copy provided to the driver of the livestock transport vehicle and a soft copy emailed to both the livestock transport company and Northland Meat Processors at least 24 hours prior to animal transport.
Animal Transport Checklist
This form plans the transportation of livestock and what to do in an emergency. This form to be completed and a hard copy provided to the driver of the livestock transport vehicle and a soft copy emailed to both the livestock transport company and Northland Meat Processors at least 24 hours prior to animal transport.
Animal Status Checklist
This form confirms the animal status, both health and presentation prior to transportation. This form to be completed and a hard copy provided to the driver of the livestock transport vehicle and a soft copy emailed to both the livestock transport company and Northland Meat Processors at least 24 hours prior to animal transport.
